Really helpful sales staff and pickups from warehouse are very efficient with rarely more than a 5 minute wait.

Ryan has been amazing how he persistently kept at my computer, determined to get my email working when five other people had been unable to help. He remained cool and collected, joking even, in spite of the fact that I had pretty well given up! He would be a great trainer.

Decently priced and usually quick service although today was told an item was ok to be accepted for return but I should be charged a restock fee. Online however their return policy clearly states 7 day no fee return if an item is resellable. Didn't feel valued as a customer and as someone who rarely returns. The adapter additionally didn't output colour to my TV hence the return and no seals were broken as the product seals were ziplock. Hopefully just a once off.

Dropped my PC there for some upgrades, after finding my mother board & other associated parts were quite outdated i decided to spec up a machine with them.after 2 weeks my pc was build & i was handed my new & old pc back.upon looking in my old pc i found that one 16ddr4 stick of ram was just resting ontop of my power supply & i was missing another one.after multiple calls to speak to Justin (Technician that worked on my PC) i haven’t heard anything or received any news. Extremely disappointed as it's blatantly stealing & i was looking at selling that PC.I will never use them again
