Ryan has been amazing how he persistently kept at my computer, determined to get my email working when five other people had been unable to help. He remained cool and collected, joking even, in spite of the fact that I had pretty well given up! He would be a great trainer.

Dropped my PC there for some upgrades, after finding my mother board & other associated parts were quite outdated i decided to spec up a machine with them.after 2 weeks my pc was build & i was handed my new & old pc back.upon looking in my old pc i found that one 16ddr4 stick of ram was just resting ontop of my power supply & i was missing another one.after multiple calls to speak to Justin (Technician that worked on my PC) i haven’t heard anything or received any news. Extremely disappointed as it's blatantly stealing & i was looking at selling that PC.I will never use them again

Had an issue with my laptop and took time to explain what led up to that point. They were friendly and super patient with the explanation! The guy answered my questions regarding what caused the issue too. Would definitely recommend :)

Really happy couldn't get any signal from my daughter's tower to the monitor and i brought to tower in and Ryan had a look inside and manage to solve the problem for me and got the tower up and running for me

Brought my pc today to Austin as it has lost all power after I have installed water cooling. Ryan has offered to test it. As it did not show any signs of life Ryan immediately said it was powder supply. Tested it and Ryan was bang on the money. Offered new power supply and installation. Also I have asked Ryan to look at thermal paste which he did. 2 hours later I have come to pick up my computer up and running . Awesome work... keep it up.
